Hello from México!

Hello ! I am new new to this forum.
I live in Mexico City and I have a Neapolitan Style Pizzeria with a rotary gas and wood oven made ​​in Mexico by Italiaforni .
I love to innovate, improve and create.  Mexico is still " a work in progress" country and a nice place to make some business.
I am happy to have found this forum.  :P
I really hope to share and learn.
