Hi there.

After a few years off, I am back in the home pizza making mode.  Today I got Trumps flour , Stanislaus tomatoes and ? Mozz cheese.

I am disappointed that I will have to use my kitchen Aid oven that only goes to 500 !

Any ideas on this oven would be appreciated.

Gas or electric? Broiler in the main compartment or a separate drawer? Convection?

First of, I'd test it to see how hot it will actually get. You might get lucky and it might run hotter than 500.
