That's plenty of room, you are going to enjoy that.  Post more yummy pie pics as you cook them.  I like the pictures :-)

JD, I'm not sure what your goals are for this oven, but, if you want it to be a pizza oven, you need to both lower the ceiling and decrease the width of the door.
