This is the first I have seen this foam form. Interesting.
I am not a big fan of the barrell style oven but I thought this was an interesting construction tool.

I have seen it before. It is more like cooking a pizza in your chimney. A lot of cold spots bcs of the poor shape of the oven and without insuation you loose a lot of heat.
