Hi jason83,

Interesting that you mention adding Black Pepper. I know a Pizzeria in town that after they put the Tomatoe sauce on the dough, they sprinkle Black pepper very heavily on the pizza, then add the cheese, etc... It is pretty good pizza too, but not my first choice.
