Chris, once again, has it right...As we look at pizza in this site, remember it is the connectedness that is great...Share what you do, and why, and learn that the future holds an even better pizza for you and yours...Listen openly to what others say, and explain, in a positive way, your ways of doing things...

In most cases, I believe that is what we all do...let's continue to learn and cherish our passion...

I agree.

Reminds me of a quote from a well known actual chef (not tv personality) I heard recently- paraphrasing-"restaurants and cooking schools are making technicians these days not good cooks."

People should learn to make the best x that they can. Rules can stifle creativity.
