Great interview to the both of you. Kelly it was fun to read more about your thoughts and concerns about great pizza making and just pizza in general. Craig, nice job conducting the interview and editing through the narratives, I am sure Kelly (and yourself) are proud of the article.

Agree with Scott on the key bullet points and the owner / enthusiasm comments. 100% I also really appreciate the Passion and Pride mentioned ! and how the passion can wain at times.
I run Flirting with Fire mobile that way, not about the making  $$ money first by any means, but taking the utmostmost pride in every pie that I put on the table.  I Will allways be on the job for just that reason.
Craig, this was one of if not the best slice interview I can remember !

Craig, very nice interview , you covered a lot of great subjects you are truly a multi dimensional guy. I knew you were a friging genius the minute I met you on the first pizza tour.  Kelly you really know your pizza shi- ! Good luck with your Pizzeria I hope you do it !! I see you are a rolercoster guy if you are in Sandusky Ohio home of cedar point . Let me know I am 30 minutes away we can cook in my wood oven . And I am glad your blog in up and runing again. Got on it last night , like your additional writers , see if you can get Scott 123 to do some  ny style methods. Again great job by both of you!!!

I've met Kelly and I have to say he's not potty-mouthed in person. He strikes me as very real, very intense guy.  With a large soupcon of english reserve.  Probably loves John Cleese.
