My username is xiaobao12 and I live in Boston. I stumbled upon this site from Jeff Varasano's webpage. The first pizza that I tried making was this one (just tried to post the link to the page but the forum wouldn't let me):

Although the dough was difficult to work with and I didn't have a pizza peel nor corn meal nor any experience, I managed to bake the pizza. There were a couple of holes due to bad rolling out plus spilled sauce.....but it tasted GREAT - simple marinara sauce (SM tomatoes, garlic and EVOO), fresh mozza and fresh basil. That got me hooked. I have since made that dough about 6 times now.
I want to post about dough handling but realized that I needed to introduce myself so here I am!
Thank you to the people for maintaining this site - it is awesome and such a valuable place.
