First time user - How to with a Amici 500 from Mario Batali

Hi,

I m fairly new here, I will get my oven Saturday  ;D, and I want to ''cure'' it the right way.  What steps should I do ?

Hey fellow Montrealer, lucky having such an oven!

Oven must be cured by maintaining a fire for approximately 4 hours prior to first use.

As mentionned at Costco.ca

Would like to see some pics of your pizzas.
