You got my attention.
I'll be back in Evanston next month for my daughter's graduation, but the menu doesn't even list pizza, and I'm not sure what they are doing with that oven.
Looks like they built the oven in 2008

It's a nice conversation piece and probably would be fine for bread, but good luck ever browning the top of a pizza.
