I think it's remarkable that it's necessary to actually change the definition of a word in order for Congress to do what it wants. How hard would it be to say "it's not a vegetable, but we don't want it to be restricted from being served"?
Pizza and french fries (my two favorite foods, no less) as vegetables...  :P No wonder they can't tackle the fiscal problems when they don't even understand basic food groups.

Boggles the mind, as my favorite pizza is seafood. ( Didn't no one got vegeterian fish and prawns ::)

But I suppose the original modern pizza was a magerita from Naples Italy
