Shredding mozzarella

I got the salad shooter after reading many posts about it in this forum, as I continue to have issues with dexterity and fatigue and am not really satisfied with the pre-shredded cheese to which I have access.  They're not as bad as some of the ones I've tried recently, but they're really not that great.  Not sure what has happened recently to pre-shredded cheese, but clearly there's a difference.

Anyway.  Is anybody out there using the Salad Shooter and if so, which cone are you using to do the shredding?

Any input would be really appreciated.

I use my 25 year old Cuisinart DLC-X, I shred a mix of Mozzarella, Provolone, White cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
I find that the Mozzarella can even bog down my big DLC-X. i dont know how well it would do in a salad shooter; howevr, if you freeze your mozzarella it will act like a hard cheese when beeing shredded and require less power to be shredded.
I have a hand held zylis parmesan cheese shredder and i do love it.
