I've been reading the forums on pizzamaking.com for quite some time now as I enjoy learning anything and everything about pizza!
I own 5 pizza restaurants in the suburbs North of Dallas, Texas. As if I can't get enough "pizza" in my life, I also have a wood-fired pizza oven at our home which I love using to experiment with new ideas and recipes.
My wife and I love to visit other pizza restaurants and very much appreciate many different types of pizza styles and pizzerias. Surprisingly, there is a lot of good pizza in the Dallas area.
I'm very impressed with all the knowledge from so many talented members in this forum! I look forward to being a part of the Pizza Making community. Thanks a lot!
