Yesterday's Pizza
« on: July 23, 2012, 09:33:04 PM »
Made pizza Saturday. I made the dough around noon and let it rise twice as a single lump. Then separated into three balls and let it rise again. I used a pin to roll the balls out to fit 16" pans (they are actual pans from a Pizza Inn I worked at many years ago) and cooked them in a 400 degree oven.

I had some of the leftovers today. That brings me to my question - What is your preferred method of reheating left over pizza?

Here are some pics...

Nice pie.

My favorite method of reheating is the simplest method know to man.

  • Remove from refrigerator
  • Eat immediately
  • Swill down with your favorite beverage

 :-D
Who put that pie in my eye ?

I'm with Dino...right out of the fridge!

If I do reheat, my favorite way is in a skillet on the stove.

Use parchment paper.   See How to Reheat a Pizza at http://www.chicagopizzaclub.com/2008/04/pizza-fun-how-to-reheat-pizza.html .
