Good evening! For the past two months, my brick oven has been operational and I have come a long way in my pizza making skills. Today I hosted my biggest gathering of family and friends to date.....23 folks and 18 pizzas later, I just had to say "Thanks!"
Most of my time on this website has been reading past subjects, recipes, etc. Many potential pitfalls have been avoided. When I presented a question about sliding pizzas off peels, I received a wealth of GOOD information.
It is wonderful that you are all so willing to help others and I appreciate you very much indeed.
