Hello,

I just picked up my 42" mobile wood-fired pizza oven from Andrew White out of Maine... a real artist/artisan. An unique beautiful oven.

Hello,

The outside is some kind of stucco...really do not know.  As far as what kind of pizza....hmmm probably a hybrid that taste good to us and our costumers...I guess a combo of NY and Neopolitan.
