How to use a WFO ?
« on: May 22, 2012, 03:41:45 AM »
Hello,

I want to know if there is a tutorial well explained how to use a WFO ?

Is it easy to built it myself or it's better to buy one already mounted ? (in France there's no WFO napoleatan)

What sort of wood will I have to buy ?

Thank you and have a good day !  ;)

You have a great French WFO option for baking pizza Napoletana: http://www.fourgrandmere.com/
Pizza is not bread.
