Their large pies aren't really all that large to begin with. Throw in the fact that it's "competing against the self",  a "heavier" dough ball and on a table that you can spill %$# all over the place, it doesn't really mean anything.

Put that guy against a NY Pizzaiolo who is making 20" house pies and has to fill a 6 pie double stack for the lunch crowd and let's see who the real big boy is. =P

lol yeah, I doubt anyone would be able to do that for 8 hours, but you never know.

In the early '80s, I did delivery for one of the Domino's on the Ohio State campus, and let me tell you, them guys could crank out the pies. On a Friday or Saturday night they would make several hundred pizzas an hour. It may not have been the best pizza in the world but you couldn't help but be impressed with the operation. Good enough for a bunch of drunk college students I guess.
