Hello everyone!
Greetings from Buffalo NY, my name is Matt and my younger brother turned me on to this site. Mainly looking to "lurk" for information, recipe ideas, and processes. Pizza is a big deal from my original hometown near Binghamton NY, and I've cousins in said area that run a delicious pizzeria/Italian restaurant; so it seems natural to love pizza. Before I get too cliche I'll stop there. Hoping for some good discussion!
