Afternoon everyone, My name is Marty, and my wife and I are opening a new wood fired pizza concept in Idaho. I'm going to be looking for advice in most all areas of the business. 
We are starting this at the encouragement of family and friends, after having made pizzas at home for the several years, weve been told many times we need to do this for all to enjoy. So here we go!!

Welcome and congratulation on your venture.

What type of oven are you going to use for your business?
Also any question you may have, let me know, I have helped a few business getting started or adjusting to get where they wanted to be.
