We had to bump our weekly pizza night up to Thursday because the inlaws are coming to town this weekend and we have reservations for dinner tonight... I finally remembered to get some pics before we ate.
the dough consists of
~3.5 cups generic organic flour
~1.75 cups water
1 packet instant dry yeast
a good amount of salt and a bit of Olive Oil
topped with roasted green peppers, onions, corn and garlic, summer flavors.
Diced tomatoes(normally we go with crushed san marzano's but i didn't do the shopping this week...)
crumbled fresh mozz.
cooked in an electric oven at 550, preheated for an hour or so, for about 5 minutes the stone on the second to top rack, then at the 5 minute mark, switched it over to high broil for a few minutes to finish it off and give the top some nice color.
Pretty psyched on the pies lately.
