Craig,Congrats on reaching perfection. That pie looks great! I am still working on perfection over here. Can't seem to get the dough right every time. I think I also need to get more creative with toppings. You seem to get it all right all the time!Scott D.

This spicy Margherita (Aleppo pepper on the sauce/under the cheese + Calabrian chili oil drizzled on post bake) is the closest I've come to perfection since I began my quest about four years ago.CL
