This spicy Margherita (Aleppo pepper on the sauce/under the cheese + Calabrian chili oil drizzled on post bake) is the closest I've come to perfection since I began my quest about four years ago.

Congrats on reaching perfection. That pie looks great! I am still working on perfection over here. Can't seem to get the dough right every time. I think I also need to get more creative with toppings. You seem to get it all right all the time!

Gorgeous, Craig! Even the basil has received just the right amount of heat and wilt, and not too much... Always to me the sign of a master (or getting close!)

How long did these bake for?

yummy pizza Craig. they look just right. good leoparding and height on the cornice. not sure what more you could get.

Some may think that it would be easy for them to bake such beautiful pizzas if they only had an garage like yours. But pies like those are the result of an enormous amount of skill. You should be very proud!

I would love to come to “your garage” in Houston and be able to taste your pies. It would be a dream come true if I could taste your beautiful pies. I know they would be amazing!

I have only been to Texas one time in my life and that was only at Dallas/Fort Worth airport for part of a trip to my brothers home in Colorado.
