I Had 12 left from Friday gig baked em today in Earthstone, This dough was made on Wed evening , 10 Hour bulk then ball and fridge, Little tough to work with the humidity and the warm day but got her done. I did like the flavor of the 4 day dough ! I had a Friend over from Sicily and he raved about the Hotdog Pizza he remembered from Sicily Has a name but forgot it. actually hot dog and ham but had no ham
so I did one up for him, and few of the other same cast of charactors. Its hamburgers tomorrow !
