Whenever I buy pizza at the local pizza shop, I take it home, eat a couple of slices, and then I cut the remaining slices in half to better fit in my plastic containers. I place 2 slices per layer separated by white plastic coated freezer paper to keep the slices from sticking together. Then I freeze it. I do the same basic thing with my home made pizza. So, most of the pizza I eat is actually reheated from frozen. The method I use to reheat is a topic by itself, but it's close to eating fresh baked.
This makes me wonder; Do any pizza shops offer their pizza in frozen packages?
I think I'd buy it if they did, since I'm freezing it anyway.
