Pizza is Beautiful

Pizza is Beautiful. It is art. The richness and vibrancy of the colors just stops me in my tracks.

Please God send me that pizza. I have yet to have a wood fired pizza, and that isn't really helping my situation. LOL.

I agree though, from making the actual pizza to seeing the final result, the whole process does feel more connected that other foods I've cooked. Pizza feels like it has soul in the end, even more so that bread baking if you ask me.

You sound like a cook man!  :chef:

Now imagine the moment after you have just served the pizza in the photo, and a customer calls you into the dinning room to tell you it's burnt, it sucks, and they can get better from Domino's.

and you do this:   ;D  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

It is. I'm in love with that pie. It has cured my Brussels sprout pie addiction.

I would have to say that is the best picture I have seen on this site and the entire web, hands down.  Strong statement but I sincerely mean it.

Favoloso sir! You can almost taste that brocollini and sausage pie. Are the calabrian chiles dried or are they soaked in olive oil. They look moist and tasty.

Soaked in oil. I've never seen dry ones. Do you know where I can get some?
