Neapolitan Pizza Quest - Where to get Caputo flour?

Hey everybody,

My current challenge is trying to duplicate neapolitan style pizzas.  I came across the kettlepizza attachment recently and am pretty happy with the results so far.  I was able to find some 00 flour here in Winnipeg but I'm trying to get a hold of some caputo flour to see what the difference is.  Until then I'll work on my dough stretching skills.

I'd been wanting to check it out for a long while and finally stumbled upon it at a specialty italian shop. If you have any near you, check them out. Once I played around with 00 flour, I fear I can never go back. The dough balls were like little jewels in my hand!
