Hello Pizza and Wood Fired Oven enthusiasts,

I will be hosting a pizza making demonstration in a wood fired oven on Saturday June 16th 2012 from 1pm to 4pm on the outdoor kitchen/patio of Artistic Surrounds in Savage Mills, MD.

I will demonstrating how to:
- start and manage the fire
- stretch the pizza dough
- garnish a pizza
- cook the pizza

You will get a chance to have a hands on experience with Four Grand Mere oven and practice your pizza cooking skills.
