Here's a really informative video I found on youtube while doing a search for videos on how to make napolitano pizza.

The only thing that I find sort of unsettling is when they are showing this bucket of 'tap' water that looks more like lemonade
than anything.

If I were presented with a glass of 'tap' water to drink and it looked like that, I'd really have doubts about wanting to drink it.
Maybe someone here can tell me why this tap water looks more like lemonade than water.

He most likely dissolved some yeast in the water before the camera was turned on.

Aha. Ok, thanks for clarifying that. I was really hoping that was the case because that water looked kind of questionable otherwise.
