The ovens I've seen similar to this before are more like "grey" ovens, lol.  Like a white oven they have a fire box bellow the oven chamber but unlike a white oven the flame, heat, and smoke directly enter the oven chamber through an opening in the floor.  They are similar to a guillard oven, but in a guillard oven the floor is insulated like a black oven, in these ovens the floor is uninsulated and therefore directly heated by the firebox which it serves as the ceiling of.

I pay $36 in Michigan and I can see Canada from the end of my road, lol.  Maybe things are different in Canada for legitimate reasons, but here in the US volume discounts exist, but they do not cut the cost of an item in half.  $70 for a single bag and less then half of that if you buy 10 would be seen as price gouging in the US.

A 1 KG bag costs 3 bucks at a snooty retailer (Central Market), so 25 of them would equal only 75 dollars.  Since a decent portion of the price of a 1KG bag is the bag itself, plus the filling of the bag, well.....

We charge 40 dollars when the customer picks up. We charge 70 if we deliver. So we are not that far off on the price.

Not at all, I charge $75.00 for delivery, although my deliveries require an 18 wheeler and a mounted forklift.

  Recently i purchased one of these ovens, at first i was not sure exactly of its functionality and ease of use, but then on my first use, i found out that it is very easy to use and operate, not only i make my pizza in this oven, i also tried it with Fish, Chicken and other combinations.  I also started baking my own bread in this oven using the Caputo 00 flour.  

The oven is easy to move around and store inside, i have a tool shed in the backyard that i can simply roll it in there.  So far i am having lots of fun experimenting with this oven, well worth it for me.
