Hi,

I just received a shipment of peels and such and just saw the coolest stuff. The small utility peel is actually stamped with their name.
I look forward to trying it this weekend at the Wood Fired Oven Pizza demo I will be hosting.

They have a very nice outdoor kitchen set-up with a wood fired oven.

The peel is 8" diameter, the handle is 52" with the wood handle and the wood handle is 10". Total is 60". It is a little pricy but that should last forever.

It would look nice hanging on the wall. After a few pies, it won't look much different than my GI. I don't think I'd want a turning peel without a sliding grip in the middle.

FYI - you misspelled steel on your website.

But if this is a hobby for you, go for it. I would be ashamed to tell you what I have spent on shinny things for my personal hobby's over the years.

I do not shoot any better with a Trijicon, and my game has not improved with any Callaway products.But I'll be damned if both just don't feel better in my hands....

(oh, and i forgot my fishing habit!) The worst of them all!

Buy a boat.......

I'm with you on the golf clubs and boat. The Trijicon on the other hand... my TA01 is worth 2X what I paid for it. What versatile and effective optic.

Ok,ok. the Trijicon you can beat a tree to death with and still come up daisy's. The longest range in MN I had was 300 yards. And it was more impressive to pop 4 inch balloons with open sites.  (granted, that was one full beta mag per ballon, but the noise was impressive... ) Ok, back to pizza peels!
