Is there any type of consensus out there on which Neapolitan wood fired oven builder makes the best performing, most reliable, longest lasting ovens?

Or is this a very subjective, impossible to answer question?

Hi there,

If you want to cook Neapolitan pizza, I recommend a low dome. Anything around 9" high is ideal.
Now not all oven are created equal so make sure you look in details at warranties, materials used to make the oven, how long the manufacturer has been in business and their reputation.
