I haven’t tried it yet, but Steve’s friend Bob make a delicious Aioli (Garlic Sauce) that he puts into a plastic squeeze container and then makes circles on the pie after it is baked. I think I can find a link to a picture of some of the Aioli added to a pizza if you want me to find it. I think he uses crushed garlic and virgin olive oil, lemon juice. basil and a couple of other ingredients. If someone finds a good Aioli Sauce recipe for pizza I also would be interested in trying it. Bob said he doesn’t have exact measurements or ingredients he uses. His does change from time to time what he uses, but it is always delicious on pizza.
