I have browsed both sites in the pasts.
I strongly believe that we must understand that there is a strong difference from a Pizza Wood burning brick oven and any other brick oven. To cook a pizza the traditional way, you must have an oven with the proper design and materials, which allows the pizza to receive the heat as it needs it, and thus cook properly in the shortest time. Bricks and wood by themselves doesn't guarantee that.
A good brick oven could be the best bread oven but also the worst pizza oven.
I have seen so many of both and that is way I talk so confidently.
