San Felice vs. Caputo

I've been using Caputo for years with great success. I'm curious how does San Felice (blue label) compare?

It's an excellent flour.  I have used 2 bags of the STG flour before and I loved the flavor, texture and feel of the dough as much as the Caputo Pizzeria.  I can produce identical pizzas with both and it just comes down to which flour I can get cheaper.
