Several years ago a CI report named this their favorite mozzarella. In resent reports they haven't even tested it. I hadn't seen it around for a long time, but stumbled upon a package while shopping in a new store. I liked it a lot, it's the first time I've enjoyed a nice stringy mozzarella in quite a while. Just wish I could get it for less than the $5 a pound I paid.
