Hello, my name is Nick.  I have been spending a lot of time over the last year working, and re-working my attempts at a perfect NY Style pizza in my own kitchen.  I really like a lot of the info I have seen on these boards, and hope to get my recipe down to a science.

Nick, welcome to the forum. 

As you leave the NY area, sometimes what passes for NY style pizza can get a bit adulterated, but, as I look at the photo's of the pizzeria in your profile, Pizza Time, it looks like they're offering the real deal.  At least they do in some of the pics.

While the thickness factor on this pie looks a bit excessive for NY style:

If you're striving for a Pizza Time result and the first photo is truer to what they usually offer, then I'd go with a traditional .075 thickness factor.  If you want something close to photo #2, then you might want something along the lines of .09.
