Another one from NJ here

Looking to learn some new things from everyone here. I love making homemade pizza, calzones and strombolis. Also looking to build my own WF brick oven for the backyard.....but thats down the road a bit!

Going back to my college days.. a friend dragged me almost two hundred miles to have "real" pizza.  I have no idea what the name of the place was, somewhere in Jersey.  All I remember is that the cheese was orange, the crust was droopy, the grease ran down my chin.  I had to fold that slice up and eat it like a taco.

Thems were good times.  :D

And then we went to an all-girls college, met up with his connection... wound up with 3 chicks heading to Wildwood Beach for the weekend...

<sigh> at least I have the memories, right?   :'(
