General Mills Flour Website Revision

General Mills has redone its website for its flours, at
http://www.professionalbakingsolutions.com/
.
The changes include a Pizza Support section with videos and water temperature chart, at
http://www.professionalbakingsolutions.com/pizza-support
, and there is also a Pizza flour section at
http://www.professionalbakingsolutions.com/flour/category/pizza
. One of the nice features under the Pizza flour section is the capability of sorting the flours by protein content. Previously, one had to look at the spec sheets one by one. One of the interesting changes is calling the Harvest King flour "European Patent Blend" and designating that flour as a flour to be used to make artisan and Neapolitan style pizzas (
http://www.professionalbakingsolutions.com/flour/type/european-patent-blend
). The Balancer flours are also now listed on the website.
Over time, I am sure we will find other new things on the website.
