I'm a newbie WFO guy. Been cooking pizza outdoors since last August. I was directed to this forum from the Forno Bravo site. Fantastic info here. Looking forward to contributing.

I am more of a pizza guy than a bread guy, but enjoy baking both. Contrary to my board name, I use a usually use a sourdough culture for the rise in both bread and pizza.  :chef:
