Since I had some leftover pizza dough and some residual heat in the WFO, this seemed like a good idea. Wow, was it ever! In particular, the glaze of sugar (I used turbinado) and anise seed combined with the mild sourdough and tart fruit filling and Blue Bell vanilla ice cream combined to wonderful effect. Keeper!
