Does anyone know a great importer of mozzarella, burata, etc in the tri state area pa NY NJ- I am looking to find the better stuff? Dop! I am Not really looking for a Murray or Di Bruno brothers. Something that blows away people. Sysco brought me some samples of their high end burata and it literally was milk.
