This is a website called "Italy Revisited" by Mary Melfi.
It is a compendium of folklore, photos and recipes that no longer have copyright protection.
Lot of sauces and pizza recipes going back into the early part of the nineteen-hundreds.

Thanks for sharing the website!  :)  I see there are some interesting pizza recipes.  The Italian Cooking website is interesting.
