Oh boy!  ;D
Do you use "Steakum", slice your own.from a grilled steak...what?

"Steak bologna", Bob?  No frickin' way!!!  LOL   :-D

I'll either use thin-sliced eye-of-round from the local butcher or the Philly-standard sirloin tip chip steaks from Landis Meats of Quakertown, PA...

When we make so-called "Italian" steak sandwiches here at home, I always fry up enough extra meat for a couple pizzas a little later in the week...

Here are a couple pics.  I used my Redorta sauce tonight...   ;D

Soooo, since I broke the smokey grill last fall, I've been making tray pizzas, using the exact same recipe except for some additional oil, in the oven all winter...   ;D

LOL Bob!!!  It won't be long now before the grill begins to sequester all that carbon again from the hickory wood smoke.   ;)

The old Locke Stove Warm Morning Broilmasters were equipped from the factory with cast iron bowtie burners.  The modern equivalents use stainless steel but they don't get nearly as hot.   ;D

Thanks, Bob, and likewise to yours!!!   :)

I'm still stuck on the tray pizzas for the moment just because I've been pretty busy lately and they're too darn easy to make.   ;D
