POS Systems

I recently wrote an article on POS systems *http://pizzaoven.com/equipment/tailor-restaurant-pos-software-your-particular-restaurant* and I wanted to know what systems everyone was using.

I have used Aloha systems in my bartending days during college. It was easy to use and the best thing about it when you got your hands sticky  it still worked. I had used some systems (names did not stick out b/c they sucked) that would not work unless your hands were clean and the screen was wiped perfectly clean. That would be great on a hostess station but not in the trenches!

I worked a pretty busy bar (think Cocktail w/ Tom Cruise) so that think took a beating every night!

Agreed. As in "greedy content stealer". Why not try your own recipes, with the whole learn, experiment, share, get feedback, perfect your recipe process, instead of just copying them from others who have put in the time and work, for your own profit?
