As long as we're talking bacon, I have always been one who loved to cook bacon on very low heat in a fry pan, gently flipping it several times to assure even cooking and a nice crispy end product. After years of resisting, I have finally started to cook my bacon in the oven on a flat cookie sheet. Man, did I ever waste a lot of time manning a frypan full of bacon over the years. I am a convert to cooking in the oven!

Am I the only one, other than the our vegetarian friend, that thinks the bacon is horribly burnt on that chicken? I love bacon, but at first glance thought it was a waste of good chicken and bacon. I know, I know, no such thing as too much bacon.jb
