Mozzarella di Bufala from Vermont

Here's a farm in Vermont that makes and sells Mozzarella di Bufala. I have not tried it yet but have been told that it is very good

Down in Southern California, I noticed that they are raising buffalo as well, and going to far extremes with their buffalo mozz.  I noticed that Trader Joe's is now carrying Buffalo mozz as well. The top is very thin though.  Their fresh cow's milk mozz is a bargain for only $2.69 for about 16 fresh rounds, needs salt for taste; but a good complement in melting with a good dry whole milk mozz as an alternative to Grande mozz, and it doesn't seem as time sensitive as the buffalo mozz.
