I'm Italian, from Rome (now living in Loreto) and I'm very passionate about Pizza from my teens (now I'm 43 years old...).
I make Pizza at home with electric oven, a normal kitchen oven, and with a G3 Ferrari Pizza Express special oven.
I have the chance to have friends with wood fired oven and I make Pizza with that very often (what a marvel).
I use a sourdough for my doughs. I stays in my refrigerator since 2003, helping us to make wonderful Pizza, bread, Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba.
Ok, I have a personal website (in Italian at the moment, English version in progress, help appreciated) about Pizza, doughs, ovens, ingredients, recipes etc from an Italian point of view, but I don't know if it's possible to specify the link here, I don't think so.
I'm interested in all the way Pizza is made around the world and to share my experience in the Italian wayS (Pizza al taglio, Pizza Napoletana, Pizza Romana, Pizza in teglia, Pizza del fornaio, Pizza ripiena etc.)
