I believe there are folks here that use that or a similar design. Do a search if you like. I have used my Weber Kettle for pizza, not the product shown here. My observation is that it all depends on what temp you want to bake at and how easy or hard it will be for you to control your temps. There are also videos on YouTube re this type of product.

I'm a big fan of it, even though I've got a WFO now.  I got a Kettle Pizza and hacked up my weber as described in these posts:
