That was an interesting night. We had great pizza from everyone. I didn't take any pictures last night, but I took a few today of the leftovers.

Josh brought curd and pulled some fresh mozzarella, and it is good, no, great. He made it look easy, but something tells me it can't be that simple to make the best mozzarella I have ever had.

Gene and Craig dueled it out with the ice cream maker, last night I gave it to Craig with the coconut ice cream (drizzled with Old Monk rum), but this afternoon I think I may tip towards the orange soda and pineapple sherbert made by Gene. They have different mouth feel, but the sherbert works. Brain Freeze!

Thanks to all, I really had a good time, and ate beyond what I normally could. Time for a nap.

Thanks Tom....soon to be available commercially! I cant wait to have everyone out to Pieous for what will seem like several "soft openings!"

I took the forms off the countertops today and they look great. Tomorrow I will start grinding/polishing.

Most importantly, she made it home. I have no nerves or fingernails left. I forgot to put cardboard under the ratchet straps where they could rub the concrete base. I fixed this at mile 80. People passed me all day long. I watched them in the side mirror, maybe one out of ten looked twice. At some point near mile 100 of the total 200 mile trip, somebody pulled up beside me with a sign that they were holding up. The sign had WTF? written on it. I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote "No WTF?, WFO.", and held it up so they could read it. Ahh, only so mutch time for fun.

This has been one of my favorite threads. Has been great to follow the journey. I have such a jones for a WFO. Sigh...someday.

To clean smoke stains, take a tsp of laundry detergent and a tsp of bleach and mix it with about a quart of water in a spray bottle. Use another spray bottle of plain water to wet the surface, then spray the cleaner on. Allow it to sit, and gently scrub if needed. Rinse with minimal clean water and wipe down with paper towels.

Don't use the hose.
